On Halloween, the members of St. Paul's showed up in costume on the front lawn to offer free carnival games for candy prizes. This long-standing tradition, started by Laura Togami, has been monumental in meeting people from the neighborhood and showing them we're here for them. Aided by the "Halloween House" across the street that offers free alcohol and a haunted house, there were hundreds of people milling about in front of the church. Many kids went away happy, and wherever there is a happy child, there is a happy parent.
